Minimum Order

There is no minimum order.

Placing an Order

To avoid disappointment, we request that in the first instance, you contact us with your selected item(s) so that we can confirm availability and advise of shipping costs (see below). Orders can be placed by e-mail (see the link on the Contact Us page), using the order form (which will open in a new window) or by post using the address shown on our Contact Us page/home page.

We will then send you an invoice. Please do not send any money until we have confirmed availability of your chosen item(s). These will be reserved for up to 10 days pending receipt of payment and will be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Items currently reserved are indicated by (R) next to the price.

Shipping

Prices shown below apply to shipment of individual stamps/sets. Collections, covers or bulky items may require an additional charge - we will advise when an order is placed.

United Kingdom

First Class: 50p (sent at buyer's risk)

Recorded: £1.25 (insured up to £28 or market value)

Special Delivery: £4.50 (insured up to £500 or market value)

Europe

Air Mail: 75p (sent at buyer's risk)

International Signed For: £4.25 (insured up to £30)

International Signed For: £5.75 (insured up to £250 or £500 depending on destination)

Rest of World

Air Mail: £1.00 (sent at buyer's risk)

International Signed For: £4.50 (insured up to £30)

International Signed For: £6.00 (insured up to £250 or £500 depending on destination)

Payment

Payment may be made by cash, postal order, Sterling cheque/bank draft (made payable to SH Stamps) or via PayPal. For payment by personal cheque, we reserve the right to wait for the cheque to clear before dispatch. For customers within the UK, we can also accept payment by direct bank credit/transfer (account details supplied on request).
